The Pine Ridge community is located in Bluffton SC, off Buckwalter Parkway, about 3.5 miles south of Fording Island Road (278) and a 1/2 mile from May River Road (46). Bluffton Parkway East is minutes away taking you directly to the Fly Over to Hilton Head Island and all points in between.
The Pine Ridge Community has several committees open to residents to both support and improve our neighborhood. We encourage all residents to get involved in the community and volunteer to be on one or several of the committees in your neighborhood.
A library of documents for our community that include Rules & Regulations, Architectural Standards, import forms and other information for residents of the Pine Ridge community. All forms can be printed and submitted via postal mail. Some forms are available to be filled out and submitted online.
